Directions For Amino Stim:

Mix 1 scoop (11.5g) with 350-400ml of cold water and stir or shake well. DO NOT EXCEED TWO SERVINGS PER DAY.

AMINO STIMULANT + ALL DAY ENERGY: Take 1 serving in the morning and an additional serving between meals.

INTRA-WORKOUT FOCUS & ENERGY: Take 1 serving 20-30 minutes before training.

POST-RECOVERY & HYDRATION: Take 1 serving immediately after training.

AFTERNOON PICK-ME-UP: Take 1 serving during mid-day crash.

Warnings: Consult a physician before using this product (especially if you have a medical condition). Contains caffeine (154 mg/11.5 g). Do not use if pregnant/lactating, under the age of 18 years or sensitive to caffeine. Do not consume after 17:00 if you have difficulty sleeping. Do not exceed the recommended daily servings. Taking more than the recommended servings will not improve results and may cause adverse health effects. Large amounts of beta-alanine may cause paresthesia (pins and needles). Research suggests that this sensation is caused by beta-alanine binding to nerve receptors, and it is thought to generally resolve on its own after about 1.5 hours. The sensation may subside after a few weeks of continuous use. If not, discontinue use of this product. High levels of free-form amino acids may cause gastric discomfort in sensitive individuals - reduce dosage if this occurs, or else discontinue. Have at least 8-12 glasses of water per day.
