Works great. Speedy recovery after workouts. I've been taking twice a day.

It does exactly what it's supposed to, supplements glutamine. I take at least 2 a day. I've seen a lot of gains, but I also have started taking other things as well.

I am a true believer in aminos ... I like these because every tablet is 1,000mg compared to others you may find that are 500mg. I used to take these RIGHT after my workouts, about 3Gs (aka 3 tablets) and in time i definitely noticed an enhance in recovery time. Some people take this pre workout as well and feel like it helps 'keep them pumped' I cant say the same because i haven't tried that. As far as a glutamine supplement this is a good one and worth trying out. After trying this id recommend the powder version which you could even mix in with your post workout supp / your WHEY. It all depends onpersonal preferance and how you would rather take your aminos.
Seems to do the job, notice a recovery difference when I forget to take.
I found it very hard when I started Tim Ferriss' "The 4-Hour Body" project. Part of it termed "Occam's Protocol" called for a very high-dose of Glutamine. One which I didn't care for taking in powder form. This product made it easier to take the high-dose. Although I wish there was an even higher dose product available.
