Creatine Level Maintenance (5 grams per day): After 5 consecutive days of loading, mix 1 scoop 1 to 2 times daily with water, fruit juice or your favorite beverage. TIP: This can be taken before training, with a meal or directly after training with your post workout protein shake to enhance effectiveness.
