Order Status

For your convenience, we will automatically send you updates regarding the status of your order via email. To track your order online, please log into your account and click on the My Orders tab. If you are not a registered user, you can contact customer care at cs@1stnutritions.com Please be sure to include or have-on-hand your order number for faster service.

If you are a registered customer, you can always check your order status history. Click on the dropdown menu at the top right corner of any page and click on Order Status to view a particular order OR click on Order History to view your past orders.

Tracking Number

For you convenience, 1stnutritions.com will send you an email with the tracking number and carrier information as soon as your order is processed and shipped. Please allow approximately 24 hours for your tracking number to update onto the carrier’s website.

Change or Cancel an Order

You can make changes or cancel your order within 1 hour from the time you submit your order. You may do so by contacting our Customer Care during business hours Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST or by email at cs@1stnutritions.com. Order changes include cancellation requests, address changes, shipping upgrades or adding/removing items from your order. After 1 hour has passed, your order will be locked and can no longer be modified. We will send you an email to confirm for any changes or cancellation request.

Cancel an Order

You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment or shipped. Promptly email us your cancellation request and include your web confirmation number to
cs@1stnutritions.com We will do our very best to cancel the order, and will send a confirmation upon cancellation. If your account has already been charged, you can anticipate a refund to your account within 1-2 business days.

Backorder/Out of Stock

In the rare event an item you purchased is on backorder or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. If your order contains multiple items we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder or cancel the unshipped items. An expected restock date will be provided if available.

Returns and Store Credit Policy

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Most item(s) may be returned for a refund within 30 days from receipt of merchandise and accompanied with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may return most items in their original packaging, unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery for a store credit. In addition to the RMA number all returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip and all original components. When calling or emailing our customer service team, please have your order number available to allow us to better serve you. 

Return Policy - Specific Guidelines and Restrictions:

Store Credits: Enjoy hassle-free returns when returning for a store credit. When opting for a store credit, eligible items will not be assessed the 15% restocking. S&H and Gift Wrapping are non-refundable and not creditable. The web store credit will be applied to the user account for future use. Store credit will never expire and is valid to use site wide.

Refunds: A 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed on all returned merchandise when opting for a refund of the original form of payment. The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to company error or product defect.

Allow 7-10 business working days for your refund to post to your account.

Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.

Refunds can only be credited back to the same payment method used on the original order

1st nutritions does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Original S&H and gift wrapping fees are fully reimbursed if an error was due to a product defect or company error.

No Exchanges: We do not allow merchandise exchanges at this time. Please contact our Customer Care department should you require assistance with processing a return.

Damaged or Missing Items: Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) should be submitted within 72 hours of merchandise receipt. Contact Customer Care by email at cs@1stnutritions.com or call 1-562-905-6029 (M-F, 10.a.m. to 5 p.m. PST). Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary. In the case of shipping damages, we may contact the carrier.
