Directions For Essential AmiN.O. Energy + Electrolytes:
Mix two scoops in 10-12 fl oz of cold water.
FOR PRE-WORKOUT ENERGY AND HYDRATION SUPPORT: Take 2-6 scoops with at least 10-12 fl oz of water 30 min before training.
FOR POST-WORKOUT MUSCLE RECOVERY: Take 2-4 scoops with at least 10-12 fl oz of water after training.
