Directions For Gluten Free Protein Donut Mix: To make 6 donuts: 1. Mix Protein Donut Mix (220g),1 egg, 1/2 cup (4oz) applesauce, 1/2 cup (4oz) water and 1 tsp vanilla extract in a bowl.
2. Pour batter into a lightly sprayed donut pan and fill 3/4” of each cavity. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until firm on top.
3. Top donuts with your favorite nut butter, jelly or healthy frosting recipe from our website.
*For better results, pour batter into a plastic resealable bag, then pipe batter directly into the donut pan.
No donut pan? No problem. Use a muffin pan to make muffins following the same directions.
