Directions For Keto Pancake & Waffle Mix: Directions to prepare two 4-inch pancakes:
Heat pancake griddle or waffle machine to 375 F (medium heat).
Mix 1/4 cup of mix and 3 tablespoons water in a bowl. Stir with a fork or whisk. (For best results, let batter sit for 1-3 minutes). Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle.
Cook pancakes 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
For thicker pancakes add less water
