Directions For R1 Easy Protein Omelet:
OUTSTANDING EGG PROTEIN OMELETS
STEP 1: Generously coat a large nonstick pan with cooking spray, vegetable oil, or butter and heat over medium flame. If using electric gridlle, warm to 375 F. Pan is hot enough when a drop of water sizzles immediately & disappears off of the surface.
STEP 2: While pan is warming, add 1 scoop of EASY PROTEIN OMELET and 4 ounces of water to a small bowl. Whisk vigorously with a fork for about 20-30 seconds , or until well combined.
Step 3: Pour mixture into the hot pan. It should set immediately around the edges. Using an inverted spatual, gently push the cooked portions from the edges toward the center, allowing the uncooked eggs to reach heated pan surface.
Step 4: When top surgace has thickened and liquid is no longer visible, fold the omelet in half with the spatula, and slide onto a plate to serve. Enjoy immediately. OPTIONAL: add fillings such as sauteed vegetables, fresh cheeses, and/or cooked meats to your EASY PROTEIN OMELET before folding.
SENSATIONAL HIGH PROTEIN SCRAMBLED EGGS
STEP 1: Heat pan and prepare EASY PROTEIN OMELET mix as outlined above. STEP 2: Pour egg mixture into the hot pan. As the eggs begin to set, genetly pull the soft mixture across the pan with an inverted spatula. Continue cooking - lifting and folding - until the eggs are thick and no longer runny. STEP 3: Remove from heat and serve immediately. OPTIONAL: Top with a dahs of hot sauce, fresh chooped herbs, and.or shredded cheese.
